Long-term rental has the potential to be an absolute nightmare, but Crystal, the property manager at The Red Barn, made our month-long stay a dream. This was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever encountered and everything was maintained in tip-top condition. She and her team do a great job: Questions were answered promptly, supplies were plentiful and replenished, the yard was well-tended, and even packages/mail were delivered. I can't recommend Crystal highly enough.  Over the last two years, she has provided us and our short-term rental business far and away the best housekeeping service we've ever had.  Our home-rental consistently receives stellar reviews from our guests, many of whom explicitly mention the extraordinary level of cleanliness as a primary reason.   Not only is the cleaning excellent, but Crystal's communication is stellar, which is very important to us in our ability to deliver top-tier service.  She's incredibly open to feedback and she is constantly seeking ways to improve her performance and results.  She is driven, organized, and hard-working, yet more importantly, she is also competent and kind.  She truly cares for our home, which translates into a space in which we and all our guests feel deeply taken care of.
